I have downloaded wills from Documents Online (National Archives) with no problems before, but this evening although my order was accepted, when I try to download the will I keep getting HTTP 500 Internal Server error - the page cannot be displayed. I've sent them an email and am waiting for a reply. Anybody had similar problems? Also there were a few images that didn't come through on their email, just a box with a red X in it where the image should be. (The 'A' symbol for National Archives and the 'Download my documents now' bit and the 'Help with downloading' bit). Kate. |

This has happened to me on a couple of occasions and when I emailed them they sent me an email from which I was able to download the will successfully. |

Thanks everybody. I tried it again this morning and it downloaded fine. Now I come to think about it, I think they are making a few changes to their site and maybe that's what caused the problem. |
