Hi there - I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago and after the 4th new password I got back on the site. The last time (when it worked) I used the log in box on the page with the picture of what looks like 'a lot of old boys from the mcc!!' whereas before I was using the normal login page. Its worth a try - meanwhile I did send them an email and got an apology and 10 credits. Regards June

After a few glorious weeks of no problems and brilliant, easy searching I got locked out on Saturday - said wrong password, I have written to assure them it is the same password I have used since they started but I have not received a reply and still cannot access the site. As you say, such a shame because it is a fantastic facility when it works properly.

When I got locked out of the family rellies site I re-registered with a different email address. No problems at all since. Do you have credits waiting to be used? Margaret

Hi STILL having terrible problems with the Family Relatives site, my hair is getting whiter by the moment, I`ve been trying since Saturday morning to get back on, passwprd problems yet again, locked out, and its taken up to half n hour ago to get an answer & a passwrd, but once AGAIN still locked out This time I`ve sent a right stunker of a message to them, Ive been so angry all weekend, what a dead loss it is turning out to be. Its such a shame because its so easy by just putting a name and then whooppee the answer is there almost immediately, wat a crying shame its so badlt run, and also, you get timed out before you can hardly finish what your are doing, you would think they could have ironed out these problems by now
