I had an awful lot of trouble with this site when it first opened. It must be a month now since it started up and it is such a shame they havent sorted the teething probs as it really is so brilliant when it works properly. I hate 1837online, you spend ages trawling and find nothing, with familyrelatives it is just so easy to enter a name, time span and area and up it comes. Great shame it isnt sorted technically. One thing I must say they did give me extra credits when I whinged.

Has anyone else been having problems with the new site Family Relatives?? I am tearing my hair out with frustration, my password keeps on being rejected, I can use for a few times and then the next day when I try to get access, the password is rejected. It takes AGES for them to reply with a new password, and of course you then have to change this into one f your own chossing, again today, I hust had sorted out this problem and out in a new password on March 16th, all went well until this morning, once again locked out ( I have sent several complaints to them and have to get a bit 'nasty' before I finally eventually get in. You can imagine how frustrating it can become, I`m hopefully letting off a bit steam on here, sorry if I`m annoying anyone, but I would like to know if anyone else is having the same trouble? and what can be done to solve it. Most other sites enable you to click on to ask it to emember you and so each timeyou go back, there is no need to constantly enter a password, but this site does not have that facility, Also, whilst I`m here, what do you think of the site, is it living up to expectations, according to their advertising blurb before it started, one would have thought many other records were going to be accessed, but so far it seems only to be information from the 1837, and then only up to 1920, or am I missing something?? I must admit when I did access it for the first time, I did find what I was looking for (a death) without trailing all through the 1837, so then thought, great, I can use this now instead, but it has not been so successful since then and just gives me loads of names etc to plough through(costing credits of course each query) I might just as well go back to 1837. I await your comments please, thank you
