Hi Leanne, Of couse you can, I have sent you a message with the instructions for how to save an image and how to email them. If you print of the message you can go through it step by step. Once you've done it a few times you'll soon get the hang of it. If you get stuck send me a message happy to help. Best wishes Becky

Hi Leanne, Unfortunatley, I have no credits left on Scotlandpeople or I would view the image and see if I could work it out. You should be able to view the image again for free and you can save it to your computer. If you like I can talk you through it, It's not too hard once you get used to it. Best wishes Becky

hi rebecca, isnt it just fancy handwriting! i only have a print out of the entry but wouldnt know how to send a copy anyway!! not only new to genes but computers aswell. thanks for your offer tho leanne x

Hi Leanne, Scottish handwriting can be hard to read as it is very fancy, if you like send me a copy of the image and I will take a look for you. I'm pretty good at deciphering the handwriting.

can anyone help please? ive just joined scotlandspeople and viewed an 1865 birth entry for James Hugh Anderson in saline fife. problem is i cant read where in saline he was born, fathers occupation, date his parents married, what it says in the next box under fathers name and where it was registered. any help be appreciated thanks leanne x
