No Union Square on my modern map, but there is a Union Street, running south-north on the west side of the town centre. It meets up with the A6 Tavistock Street. union Square may have been in this area. If you have the 1871 census, you could see what places are mentioned before and after Union Square. nell

Can anyone tell me where in Bedford was/is Union Square - can't seem to find it on any maps. My husband's rellies lived there in 1871. Thanks Karen
