'TRYING TO FIND' section.

Can somebody tell me please how I can get a message onto that section? The instructions are to click onto 'YOUR NAMES SECTION' then TRYING TO FIND' section and the message will finish up on the message list, BUT it doesnt? what am I doin wrong? HELLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.

go on to names summary click on the trying to find section then you can add a reply
