At a table top sale this morning I picked up 4 1992 copies of Midland Ancestor. The magazine of the Birmingham and Midland Society for Geneaology and Heraldry for 30p the lot. Now I know they are quite old but there are lots of little gems in there such as old headstone inscriptions etc for Midland People that have been spotted by members in all counties. They are only small booklets but if ayone wants me to have a look see if they have a name in there please just ask. |
