printing list of names?

I have been trying to print out a list of my grandparents family. Have tried highlighting just the names but it comes out showing the whole page,(all the GR details which takes up too much space.) Is their a way to do this please, Jean |

you need to change the preferences in properties to selection then it will only print what you have selected Ps thats on the box that appears when you click on print |
