Helen On the left of your screen, there is a Shared Trees link. If you click on that, choose the tree you wish to view and click on view relations rather than view tree. Search for the name you want and then view tree from that. Margaret

Have you tried scrolling up or down the apparently blank screen. I had a similar problem - then discovered because there had been a lot of children in a family they were at the bottom of the screen and the line then continued on yet another screen.

Hello, Another member has kindly let me view her tree as we have a connection. It's her paternal side I need, but all I can view is the maternal side. There is a button to click which says 'view more tree' but nothing happens? It's just a blank screen? I was hoping somebody on here could advise me please? Cheers Helen
