If you remember your login id and password - delete the cookie related to Ancestry (use Windows Explorer and search files for Ancestry.* ) and restart your browser and login manually... hope this helps, LD |

Its weekend again and I cant get on the site, they say they cant authenticate me. This happened last weekend too, I emailed them, didn't get a reply but I got access back, now its happened again. Dont they realise I paid for 24/7 access not 24/5 ? A not very happy June xx |
