Pub landlodrs or proprietors

Hi. Thanks to everyone who replied to my query, the pub im looking for is in Ashton-in-Makerfield Lancs, I used to live in a nearby town but now im up in Cumbria so it is difficult to get to records etc, i will try the two sites given, have tried Google but will try again. Freda

No, though you could try googling. It's possible the Lancs branch of CAMRA might have something. Do you have a specific pub or landlord in mind, as the local records office might well have the licence applications. I have found some relatives by googling on the pub name & location. nell

Does anyone know of a site that will give me the names of pub landlords or proprietors in the 1900-1920s in Lancashire.
