Hi Toby Yes you will have to delete yourself first and any others along the same line that come in between you and the record you want to change. To delete yourself, go into Immediate Family on the left, click on your name so you now appear at the top of the page, you should now have a delete option. If it all seems as though it's going to be a bit of a pain, try emailing GR and asking them if they can help you out. Jeanette x

I've managed to end up with no link between my grandfather and grandmother. My dad's dad is registered as such. His mum is registered as such but there is no link between them. If I enter a partner for my grandfather, it is an entirely new record, with no children. Currently, though my father has a mother, there is no record of a partner for my grandfather. I'm not sure how this happened but since this program works upwards from me and I can't delete myself, the only way to do it seems to be to delete the whole thing and work back upwards. Surely this can't be true? Toby
