I'm trying to trace details of an Inquest in Greenwich West, Kent on 16 July 1852. The death certificate shows 'John Culmore aged 15, a Fishing boy, Accidentally drowned in the River Thames. Inquest'. As I don't live nearby is there anyway I can trace the actual inquest details without a trip to Greenwich? Maggie |

Im having the same prob too and I think its a trip to London or nothing. I shall have to go to the British Library I believe to look up any papers for the Camberwell district to track down a suicide inquest. |

Nell, Thanks - I think a trip to London is called for. Having trouble with this site today - won't always let me post replies so I though I'd hedge my bets and put it on twice. Maggie |
