Hello all. I wish to order some Birth Certs and I wish to have the mothers madien name reference checked. So I click the Ref checking box at the bottom of the page. Then it comes up with boxes to fill in for checking points. e.g Mothers maiden name which i want - so I enter the maiden name in and click on box submit. I presume that is enough? as when i go further through the checkout process where it lists all the certs you have ordered. The box where it says 'number of ref checks' is 0??? |

Chris Sorry, I can't help. I know I have used the checking points before, but can't remember what it says in the checkout form. As you have entered it as a checking point though, it should work - you could always copy the page as proof you asked for a check. I used to live in Northwood and my husband used to work at Uxbridge. Small world! nell |

Yes, Chris, its bizarre isn't it. I have done the same thing myself - however it does work because I have had money refunded after the check proved it was th wrong one. Well worth it to save £4. Anne |
