I have forgotten my password, no problem, ask for another. They have sent me 3 passwords, I can only put in box exactly as it is. And it says incorrect? GRO will not answer email, and I am already registered, so it stops me from re-registering. Am I overlooking something, any ideas. Ta Peter |

Hi Peter - I can never remember mine, so copy it out of the original email and paste it into the box - seems to work for me! trudy |

This probably sounds ridiculous, but when I had this problem I was copying and pasting the password but including a space beyond the actual letters! This made the password invalid. I have had this before when I have copied and pasted and included a full stop! So if you copy and paste the password they have sent do it exactly on the letters, no extra space or full stop. |

Try either putting a capital letter to the front of the password or all lower case....I kept making a mistake with one of mine till someone suggested all lower case...and it worked. Anne. |
