	Hi, if its a cookie problem, go to Tools at the top of the page, click on internet options, then privacy and you should see a scale for cookies. Pull the tab down to 'allow all cookies' apply and ok.

Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 887 Send Message	Maureen, If you can't 'find' the site, try googling for it to get the name right. If you can't do transactions on it, that's to do with settings. Had a similar prob ages ago. You will need to adjust your virus protection - to enable 'cookies' to function with this site. Can't recall where exactly to find this menu, but post again if this is your difficulty and if I'm not around, I'm sure someone else will help you. Regs Jane
