Don't forget sports. I have a photo of my Gfathers football team in 1904 one of only 3 photo's I have of him. I am also looking for my GGGfathers sportingfame so far without any luck he was a rower onthe Tyne in the 1850's.I have found 1 reference to him racing against Robert Chambers who later became World Champion.

Depends how much detail you want really. Have you thought about Birth..baptism..school..college..work,(and possible apprenticeship).. Military service and medals awarded..marriage,(same occupation?).. birth of children(still same occupation shown?).. census..death and burial..memorial stone? Are they informants at family events, births, marriages and deaths are they named in family or in-laws Wills. There are many more I guess.
