Stumped on a photo ID. HELP!!!

	Valerie has sent me a photo of a Sailor to ID all I can find to help is an Badge or Insignia on his right arm, donating what he dose in the Navy....The Navys own site dose not show these badges and I can not find any that dose. Can you help. Do you know of any sites that show Job insignia for the Navy. The photo is probable WW1.

	Its a bit blured but looks like it might be cross rifels with a crown or some thing above.
