Hi Can anyone tell me where Kearsley Lancs is, as mentioned in 1871 census And where in Ireland is Carlow? Ta

Kearsley is in Lancashire, Bolton registration district

According to atlas Carlow is both a town & also the county name in south east Ireland/Eire.
