I think we need a 'Look-ups' board with a savage guard dog on all the other boards. (Joke) Although I am not able to do look-ups for anyone cos I don't have the facilities/memberships etc, I would be EXTREMELY annoyed to find someone else had done it as well or that my answer had been ignored. I often read threads where questions, not necessarily look-ups, are repeated and I desperately want to answer 'Wassamatter then, why don't you believe the first answers you got?' Marjorie |

I think you all have the patience of Job ....... the number of times I've been tempted .......... and another thing, why dont people read previous posts ? I can understand they might have started typing before the other post appeared, but when its 5 or 10 mins later and the info is repeated it makes me wonder.... |

Jess Agreed I have a couple of people who have posted a request for a look up a couple of days after I have already answered it the first time they asked. The answers are sometimes on the same page as the next time they asked. I think, hang on I've been asked this before. Check back only a little way and there is the answer. I dont mind at all doing the look ups, otherwise I wouldnt have offered, but I dont want my time wasted. Margaret |

PLEASE don't waste peoples time! There are at least 5 people on each Board offering lookups. PLEASE do not enter your request on more than one thead at a time. I spend time looking for requests only to find them requested elsewhere. .....and don't forget to say thank you. This has happened to me twice today and it really p*** me off. jess |
