Ages are hardly ever right on census returns. You have to remember that a lot of people couldn't read or write and birthdays weren't as important to people in those days so they didn't always keep track of them. Kath. x |

well i have the head his family, then his mother-in-law & brother-in-law but the ages are wrong and the place of borth for the BOI - despite knowing it's them was just wondering were it went wrong |

Not necessarily, but the head of the household should have been written down first, and then everyone else's relationship to him or her. Kath. x |
