You have to email them to cancel. If you look on the help page and type in 'how do I cancel my account' into the search box, it will give you instrcutions. Make sure you get an acknowledgement and email them again if you don't. I think Ancestry renews automatically so you have to make sure you're on the system as a cancellation when you want to pull out. Louise |

if you do not want to continue go to my account and were it lists your credit card no alter a couple of no's and they can't collect any money from you, my card date expired and when i loged on last night i was a guesed member and had to update my details to get another year. |
