TOO LATE!! Already cleared all cookies and your right - autologin disappeared - I haven't been able to view since I paid the subs for pay to view - they have even emailed me to say it was sorted and that they had cancelled my payment and I could view free until the original credits would have run out - but it still isn't working- I have emailed them again

Hi Christine - it will be cookie related, if the credits havent expired. BUT DONT delete ALL cookies or you will lose autologon to this and other sites. The only way to selectively delete is to use Windows Explorer, and search for files with ANCESTRY in them. From the hit list, delete any that are identified as cookies. They should be in a folder starting 'documents and settings'. Failing that, type '%TEMP%' in the explorer address bar - you will see folders containing all cookies.

Thanks Sarah I looked at Ancestry's faq and it mentions the cookies and also changing the pop ups setting - I did try that - I'll try again

Hi Christine, a similar thing happened to me, and if I deleted my cookies before viewing the image, I could see them! In case you don't know how to do this: go to tools at the top of your internet page, then internet options, then delete cookies. It might work?! Sarah

Yes - I have my login - I get the greeting at the top of the page with my name - Pay as you view appeared as an option at Christmas time but disappeared in the New Year when I tried to show a friend - when I went into it this week it had appeared again - so I took the option straight away - The 20 credits for£6 lasts 7 days and if you upgrade membership within the 7 days will credit the £6 against the upgrade. I just thought it would be a chance to have a look on the cheap!

I've just paid my money to get pay as you view on Ancestry but although I have 20 credits in my account, every time I try to view image it takes me back to the subscription page - I have sent them an e-mail and it was supposed to have been sorted - but its still happening - anyone know it I need to do something my end??
