Wile looking for some thing totely differaent i found that the following Accident registers 1898-1980 and car reg docs 1927-77 both held in public records. Is this another way to trace the old relles. I know it wo'nt cover every one, but could be a new lead for some. Truoble is I only found the refrence to them. Dose Kew hold them or what, and if so are they by region or name???? |

Peter I just googled, and the info you seem to have found is from the catalogue of the Greater Manchester Records Office so I presume they have them. nell |
