Christina, Have you tried http://www.familyrelatives.org It's fully transcribed from 1866-1920. Might be able to find them there. Crista

Thanks everyone fro your help. I am hitting a brick wall with this one. Chester Le Street is in Durham (sorry- forgot to mention) Lewis POtts born in 1915 (Chester Le Street) mothers maiden name Irving Julia Potts Born 1920 (Gateshead) mothers maiden name Irving Cant find date of births for Joe, Jack, Annie or Georgina. I have found another sibling - Hannah Potts born 1917 in Chester Le Street. MMN IRving Father is John Thomas Potts - cant find him - presume birth would around 1880. Only info about mother is maiden name and presume dob 1880. Have orderd Lewis birth certificate but have been waiting a while and guess I am getting impatient!! Christina

Hi do you have any other information that may help, is Chester Le Street in County Durham being a Liverpool Lass i had to look it up on the internet i have never heard of it. Checked all John Thomas Potts marriages on Ancestry no match with an Irving. Did any of the children have middle names, do you have a birth year for John Thomas if we cannot find Georgina we may find him and his wife with a couple of kids you see. Regards Colette xx

You are out of luck if Georgina was born after 1901 census wise. Any of these refs look promising for her birth? No Surname Forename1 Forename2 Forename3 Mothers maiden name District Page No Event Quarter Year View Image 1 Potts Georgina Carlisle.10b 630 Birth 2 1908 2 Potts Georgina Hexham.10b 427 Birth 3 1901 3 Potts Georgina Morpeth.10b 452 Birth 1 1902 4 Potts Georgina Tynemouth.10b 291 Birth 2 1906 No mother's maiden as that didn't show till 1911 Regards Ann

Can anyone help me to find Georgina Potts born between 1900 and 1915 in the Chester Le Street area. her brothers are Joe Jack and Lewis her sisters Annie and Julia. her father called John Thomas Potts and mothers maiden name is Irving (not sure of christian name) thanks a lot Christina
