Oh well done Karen, it does take time to work it out, but if you use the help button it does give reasonable step by step info. Ive had my FT2005 since before Christmas but there are still things on there I havent used yet.

Just to say that I have finally loaded up my FTM 2005 and subscribed to Ancestry. Got a free year with the US and the year of UK cost $46 which seems like a good deal. Having great fun practising and wondering at all the info that is available. Will be happy to do some lookups - when I have practised some more and hit the inevitable brick wall again. Karen
