Hi all, I am trying to reply to a message but the reply box has the words (buttonId ) in it,and at the top of the message it has (error contact support3021.) if I click on the reply box it comes up page cannot be found. Has anybody come acoss this before. I am waiting for a reply from Genes. this only happens to mail from one sorce. I can reply to a message I recieved today, Regards James. |

Reply box should contain your reply and nothing else. Sometimes I get page not found and I just try again and again till it works. nell |

James, Do you mean the Reply Button doesn't display when you receive mail from a particular member? Does the member's name or the subject have any odd characters in them? Crista |
