More and more mysterious! Have you got an imac though? I think the problem is the ie browser I can only use ie5.1 on imac OS9 and the site says it needs 5.5. I was going to try netscape but you say you can't get it on that! I'll keep you posted. Teresa

Does anyone have this same problem? Is there some way I can test it without spending anymore of my credits? Please tell me if you use 'familyrelatives' and what you think of their site Any help would be very welcome. Teresa

Thankyou for your replies. I went to the 1837 site and found that that is the Djvu that I have already downloaded. I have installed it and it works on other sites why won't it work on 'familyrelatives'? They still haven't replied to my enquiry. Every time that I try the viewer it's going to charge me. Does anyone know what to do to make it work? Teresa

Hi Teresa Don't the 1837 site use De Javu too? it might be easier to download it from their site. Jeanette x

Can anyone help please? I have bought credits on the 'familyrelatives.org' site and when I try to view an image it tells me I do not have the djvu viewer to view the image. I have a djvu on the Mac but it doesn't work. Do I have to download another one? When I go to the download page ( which is a separate website) I don't know what to download as it is not clear. I have asked their technical help for advice but have had no reply so far. They have charged for pages that I can't see! Please help. Thankyou. Teresa
