	i think that if you click on download again (which you resist because you have just done that very thing) i think it comes up with 'you have already done this' or words to that effect and it kicks in. Try it! Jess

Member Since: February 2005 Posts: 70 Send Message	I was on ancestory site yesterday and downloaded the viewfinder to see the census film(although I already have the one for 1837,this didn't help)and managed to do it ok (although it took ages as here on isle of wight not got broard band yet!! Hopefully get it Next Monday!! hooray).but it only let me view one and then asked me to down load it each time which took 10 minutes does this happen to everyone or am I doing something wrong, Help please. best wishes amandax
