Hello Thanks for replying Ken. I have only just seen your message. I'm new to this. I know that her father is down as a boot maker on the wedding certificate and she is a book folder. ( it looks like that. It could also be something to do with boots). Her age on the wedding certificate is different to later census returns. In 1891 she is down as Isobel Morris and is a book folder. On the 1901 census, I only found them by luck, because it was the name Morris but their forenames were just initials. They have been a really awkward lot! Also, Isabella's place of bieth on later census states City, London. Do you have any suggestions please? Thanks again

I would suggest that by 1871 Isabella could have been in service and may not be on census with the family. Do you have any more information POB for Isabella or Samuel may help

Please if anyone has any information on an Isabella Hadfield c1856 who married William Morris in 1882 London, please contact me. Her dad was Samuel Hadfield. I cannot find these people anywhere. I have searched and searched and I don't understand why they are not on any census. Any ideas please? Thanks
