Hi Haley Best site for Scotland is www.scotlandspeople(.)gov(.)uk Remove the brackets. Its pay per view, but not expensive - and the best bit is that you can see the actual certs online for just 5 credits (about £1) - you don't have to wait for them to come in the post! If you post as much detail as you have, some of us Scots will try to give you a start. I also have the 1881 census of Scotland on disc and am happy to do any look ups you may need - so don't pay for the 1881 searches on Scotlandspeople. Cheers Ellen.

SORY TO BE A PEST BUT IS THERE ANYTHING LIKE 1837 ONLINE TO BE ABLE TO LOOK UP MARRIAGES IN SCOTLAND .
