Hi, Can anyone tell me whether there is any way to find out any more birth info without buying a cert. Thanks |

Laura No - unless you can find a baptism record which would give the parents' names. nell |

I've just been trawling through Baptism & Marriage register images on the Medway Cityark site (on behalf of a friend). It's fascinating - and you do then get the family info without paying for a cert - but you are unlikely to get the exact birthdate, unless it was very different from the Baptism date and not just a few months before.
