hi hailey when you get married you use your adoptive name, when you get adopted you renounse your birth name completley, however when that adoptive person reaches 21 years of age, they can depoll their adoptive name for their birth name or have a double barrelled surname |

Hi Hayley, i may be wrong but i think they would have to use thier adoptive name, unless they knew thier birth name and changed it. If i am wrong someone will correct it good luck Wendy |

If a person who has been adopted gets married would they use their adopted surname on certificate or would it have to be their original name |
