Thanks both I did try to contact them via their 'contact us link' but it kept sending me round in circles. I managed to find address through their terms and conditions, and I have hopefully just cancelled my free trial Many thanks Jackie x |

I give up, tried adding the international cancel address but the filter keeps removing the important bits :( If you look under terms and conditions it gives the address. Or PM me and I'll send you email address direct. Kate :) |

Hi. I have tried the 30 day free trial for Ancestry(.)com that came with Family Tree Maker and I now wish to cancel it. When I go into my account page there is no link to contact Ancestry to cancel my free trial. Has anyone cancelled their trial?. If so, How do I go about doing so. In the past I have had a quarterly subscription with Ancestry(.)co(.)uk and I have had no problems cancelling that. Many thanks Jackie x |
