1830 birth? where do I go?

Where do I find the Birth of Daniel Overs/Hovers in c1830 Oxford?.... Got him on 1841 aged 10 also sent for his marriage also death certs. Id love his birth cert. Gerri

Civil registration started in 1837, so you need to see if anyone can find him in the parish register. Maybe you could ask on here and / or the records board? Joy
