Deleting Wrong Entries on my Tree - Help Please

You have to delete all childdren of a person or grandchildren before you can delete someone entirely. In this case surely you can go into the specific persons details and just ammend the name and type in the correct one. jess x

Just bring up her details and go to edit, amend it and it should put everyone back in place!

Hello, I know this has been asked before, but can anyone put it in simple laymans terms how I delete wrong entries on my tree. I have put my grandmother in and have managed to then put her in as her mother aswell and her children have become her grandchildren - Oh my God, its a right mess now! I have read the FAQ section but cant understand the instructions. Call me dim, I know, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jayne
