ive searched until my eyes turned inside out.............can you help please??? edward stevens born 1846 ish chartham/chatham kent (depending on which other census you look at) and his wife ellen born 1847 meshaw devon have found 1 child with one set of gparents in devon and 2 others with gparent in chartham........am i missing a war or something and why both missing??? all are together in later census's kaz

are they on 1871/91?

yes think they married 1872 ellen is single and in service not quite sure about where edward is then but all together as a family in 1891 in hammersmith kaz

who are the children?

bertie and fred are with granny in kent but are both under 10 years in 1881..............edward is with granny and grandad in devon hes about 9 years old again in 1881

in later census the edward im looking for was a licensed victular (spelling?) i see daniel cozens was too maybe that was his mum annes dad! kaz
