The Hasted family were famous for Coachmaking , in Hampshire and Middlesex . If you have Hasteds in your tree contact me, or if you come across William Hasted believed to have married Charlotte in or near Bishops Sutton between 1820 and 1828. Many Coachmakers were also Blacksmiths and Farriers so look there also when you search the directories as the trades complimented each other you will find firms that covered the whole spectrum. Hope this helps Maurice |
