Oh dont Barbara, I have written a tome of emails to them. I got two emails with new passwords when I hadnt had a prob with my original one. So of course, neither new password works and so back I went to them and I get quite a curt mail saying well you tried the password three times so we have to send another. BUT I hadnt had a problem! In the end yesterday I gave up trying to see my previous stored records and bit the bullet and thank gawd managed to do the searches again. The thing is it is a brilliant site when it works. For 18 units I got every b, m and d for my ancestors from 1866-1920 in London. How much would that have cost on 1837? Well, you couldnt do it on 1837 because it doesnt have that sort of search facility. I do hope they get it sorted cos it will def be the best search on here especially when they get 1837-1866 done.
