I had the same problem and contacted Support. They came back with the suggestion that it would be a switch beween maiden & married (or possibly whatever name they've set themselves up as) name. Christine

Lynn If she contacted you first she must be a member. Ask her to send you another message and see if it shows up. If not, contact GR Jeanette x ps. Just had a thought, is her name different because she is using a married or maiden name

I received a contact from someone and it's in my inbox. I sent a reply and it's in my sent messages.....but why is her name not showing in my contacts so that I can let her view my tree........is she maybe not a full member?????? Lynn
