Naval history of hms sainfoin ww2

My late father served on HMS Sainfoin in WW2, does anyone have any info about this ship,or where I might obtain some. |

I have found two mentions of the ship. The first . It took part in the rescue of the TAKIIWA in the bay of Bengal on the 15 Oct 45 when Fire broke out on that ship. The other was in conection with the CROSSBOW if I read it right the crossbow became the SAINFOIN just after it was commissioned, ( but this was confusing becuse of the way it was layed out) |
