Hi Joan, does it give an address on any of those certs - you can do address searches on 1901 Census on-line; that may help you find where some of the rest of the family were living. Good luck. Jan

If the above names are your grandparents then these are the only Brown/Webb births on FreeBMD, they are all Sept quarter 1911, so only one of them can be yours. Brown Amelia G Webb Croydon 2a 516 Brown Christine G Webb Gravesend 2a 1333 Brown Henry Webb Hastings 2b 31 BROWN Violet L Webb St. Olave 1d 474 Before Sept 1911 you do not get the maiden name with the registration. What are her parents/your grandparents names Joan? Her mum's maiden name will be the biggest help, as Brown is a relatively common name. If your mum, born 1915, was the youngest, then you should be able to locate one or two from 1911 onwards, but it will mean going through 1837online or Family Relatives websites, you may be lucky and find some on FreeBMD. Where was your mum born? Regards Sam

Try the electoral roll for the year she was married at the addresse she was living at the time you may pick up brothers names.Look at witness names on marriage cert. and perhaps check baptism registers for parish church for relevant years. Good hunting Clive Evans

Do you know her parents names? If you know her mother's maide name, you can search for births from 1911 which match.
