	Hello everyone I`m actually trying to find my grandfather, William Joseph Hayes who was born 1943, but seen as though he is elusive, I am trying to find out more about the woman he married, Patricia Stubbings. I have found out that she was adopted at 6wks old but I have no idea where to start looking, ie: who adopted her etc!!

	Stubbings is her biological mothers surname and was the name she used on the marriage cert to my grandfather
