Thanks Heather and Barbara, I rang them today and they sent me the will within minutes which impressed me. They thought it was something to do with their server and not our computer - that's a relief. I have now got the fun of trying to decipher it! Sheila |

Sheila, This happened to me 10 days ago and I sent them an email. They replied about two days later and the will was attached. I would drop them a line if I were you. Barbara |

Probably all gone home now! They were really nice when I downloaded the wrong will, wrote me that they would refund my card and have another go! |

Have done that, but no reply yet. Being impatient I hoped someone here might have the answer! I was just so excited thinking I might get a step nearer solving another puzzle, never mind I'll try and think about something else and wait patiently!? Thanks Sheila |

I was so encouraged by the postings about documents on line that I went and searched the site again. I have found a will that I would like to read as I hope it might link some family members. I selected it, went to checkout, keyed in my credit card details clicked pay and received a receipt number. The message then said that I would be returned to the doc on line site shortly. Nothing happened. Eventually I clicked on the back button. I haven't had an email to confirm payment so presume it didn't go through but am reluctant to try again. My firewall icon was flashing at the time. What does this mean and has it anything to do with it? What should I have done? Sheila |
