Sending Images Help please!

There are several safeguards on your PC that will also not allow pictures to show in your e-mail. 1. Click on START 2. Click on CONTROL PANEL 3. Click on INTERNET OPTIONS 4. A box will appear with labeled tabs at the top. Click on ADVANCED. 5. Scroll down the list to the sub-heading MULTIMEDIA. Everything here should be clicked ON with a check mark. (You can leave SHOW IMAGE DOWNLOAD PLACEHOLDERS unchecked.) 6. If you've made any changes here click on APPLY and then OK. As mentioned, settings on your firewall, if you have one, could be the problem, as could the Microsoft SP2 upgrade if you're not famililiar with the new changes this has made on your PC..... Judy |

Email the person through GR and advise of problem. May have to disable firewall or other screeing filter. |

Yesterday I did some lookups on Ancestry for a few people but one member does not receive the images. Have tried sending to myself and received it ok. Does anyone know what the problem could be she is on ntlworld. Thanks Linda |
