I took out a year's sub to Genealogy.com last summer. No probs until after Xmas, when I started being told I had to buy a sub in order to view most, but not all, records. I thought maybe I had got logged out for some reason - my password no longer works - even though G.com sent me my password when I requested it via email. They haven't replied to my emails asking for help. Anyone experienced this? Anyone know what to do? Thanks, Jackie

Havent had that prob. Have you cleared your cookies and not got "all allowed" now? All you can do it write to them again quite strongly saying you expect it to be sorted and that they will extend your sub accordingly. Good luck.
