Passengers list 1865-1867

How can I find a passenger list for these years. My great-grandparents came from Ireland had a daughter in England 1864 and had a son in 1868 in Illinois, USA. Having a hard time finding information. Everyone on my Dad's side has passed away. Thanks, Betty
