Hi All, Is there any chance that someone can do a lookup for me please? I am trying to find my GGG Grandfather, James Ford. He was born approx 1829, which would put him abt 22 in 1851. His wedding cert says his father was also James Ford, a weaver. However, the only James i could find christened around that time was born illegitimately to Dorcas Ford. if you could find either James's or Dorcas i would be grateful. Many thanks ! Glen

Do you have him on any later census which would give any clue to which part of Wiltshire he was born? Marion

Hi Marion, Yes he was born in WILTON acc to 1861,1871,1881 census and acc to his signing up in the Marines. Hope that helps to narrow search. regards Glen
