All the Ollasdaughters listed on the familysearch dot org website were born in the Shetland Islands. Olafsdottir is presumably the same name in Iceland and I've seen an Olafsdaughter in Finland. There's also an Ollasdaughter listed on OneWorldTree. Jack

I am researching my family tree and have got rather stuck. My family are from the Shetland Isles and I have got stuck on a relative named Elizabeth Ollasdaughter. This conveys Scandinavian ancestry to me and I would be grateful if anyone had any advice on how I would find Elizabeth's ancestrail origin?
