I would use TWR as they offer telephone support as well. I've not upgraded from version 11 yet, but I can say that their service is excellent. Pauline

Hi, I wouldnt make a decision on the cds - they are probably the sort you get stuck on the front of mags free. If you are going to get a program then look at the features you want from it.

What does it mean by 'selected records'? How much of England & Wales does this 1851 cover? Is it just the 10%? Is it just certain counties? Also the 'English Parish Records' CD, what does that include?? Please help. I, too, am trying to decided whether or not to buy it and would love to know more about the CDs. Chloe

I got mine online thru ancestry. I 'm sure they told me there was only one version, because I was worried that I might have ordered a US version. I am only researching UK & it is great

Can anybody advise me how to go about buying FT 2005. I live in the USA but need the UK version. I have googled and got websites but they come up with several versions. Which version is the best to purchase. Any help gratefully received. Thanks a bunch Andrea
